UNIVERSAL STUDIOS SINGAPORE

KBCA led master plan development, architectural concepts, interiors for restaurants and retail, attraction/show design, environmental graphics, area development design, as well as provided design team management and on-site art direction services. RWS-owned Universal Studios Singapore is under construction with opening slated for Spring 2010.

RESORTS WORLD AT SENTOSA

In conjunction with our work on Universal Studios Singapore, we also provided various consultation services for Resorts World’s projects on Sentosa island in Singapore. We worked with in-house teams to develop the "wet encounter," aquarium, and maritime museum, as well as projects in various stages of planning around the world.

PARAMOUNT STUDIOS & PARAMOUNT PARKS

KBCA represented Paramount Studios in the planning and design of multiple projects around the world, including China and Korea. We led Paramount’s engineering, architectural, and design consultants to ensure that all designs exceeded the creative intent and protected the interests of the various intellectual property owners.

UNIVERSAL STUDIOS JAPAN

Supporting the on-going growth of USJ, we have provided concept design services for special events, new attractions, restaurant and retail renovations. Based on our long-term relationship that started with the building of USJ, we work to ensure that new and interesting elements are continually developed to encourage repeat visitation.

SAMSUNG EVERLAND

Worked with Samsung Everland’s in-house staff to develop master plans for their American Adventure and Global Village sections of Everland Resort. Consulted on the development of special events, new attractions, and on-going refinements to Korea’s largest theme park.

RTKL ASSOCIATES

In consultation with RTKL, we developed the design for Venetian’s Grand Canal Shops in Macau. Leading RTKL’s in-house architects/interior designers, we produced detailed design drawings for the hundreds of historically authentic facades lining the Grand Canal. The Grand Canal Shops are three times larger than in Las Vegas.

Provided Concept Design services for a variety of projects world-wide, including airport retailing brand development, airport food and beverage brand development, as well as conceptual design services for confidential tourist attractions in major cities.

DUTY FREE STORES

Provided Concept Design services for a variety of projects world-wide, from Beijing to Singapore, San Francisco to LAX, and beyond. Developed various kiosk designs as well as concepts for new stores in both airport and non-airport retail locations.
