UNIVERSAL STUDIOS JAPAN

Many of the Creative Advisors are alumnus of the Universal Studios Japan project, having actively designed, produced, painted and art-directed the construction and on-going development of this Osaka-based theme park.Kevin Barbee was a member of the USJ design team, working originally in one of the themed lands as "Area Art Director." After a few years, he was promoted to Executive Art Director, becoming responsible for the creative content of all rides, shows and attractions park-wide, throughout the design development phases and on-site construction through opening.

Post opening, Kevin continued his role as Executive Art Director, leading an on-site design team through expansion, special event concept and design, as well as operational modifications.

Through KB Creative Advisors, Kevin has continued his involvement with USJ working on a variety of concepts for special events, new attractions, new dining and retail concepts.
