WE DESIGNED UNIVERSAL STUDIOS SINGAPORE

KB Creative Advisors (KBCA) is the Executive Design Firm in charge of the creative design of Universal Studios Singapore. Representing Genting's Resorts World at Sentosa, KBCA provided master plan refinement, facility planning and design, facade, area development, environmental graphics, attraction, and interior design, as well as on-site art direction. Consisting of 24 shows, rides and attractions, 25 stores and restaurants, Universal Studios Singapore was designed and built in less than three years, opening to rave reviews from theme-park insiders and guests alike. The theme park is a part of Genting's US $4.4 billion "integrated resort" on Singapore's Sentosa Island.

HOW WE DID IT

Kevin Barbee and Steve Ryan hand-picked the world's best entertainment designers to custom create Universal Studios Singapore. Our best-of-the-best team led the detailed master planning, concept and schematic design for this 24-attraction theme park. In cooperation with Universal Creative, KB Creative Advisors' planners, architects, and art directors created the initial detailed concepts for all rides, shows, attractions, retail and dining facilities. This specially created KBCA team relocated to Singapore for over a year to provide on-site art direction supervision of the detailed design, shop drawing, fabrication and site construction efforts. Our multi-disciplinary team led Resorts World's in-house projects team to bring the project to fruition in less than three years from concept to opening day.
