ANYWHERE BUT HERE

That's the secret in creating retail and dining destinations. The average consumers want a way to sampe the places they can only dream of visiting. Creating compelling retail and dining environments, such as The Grand Canal Shops, is one way to draw consumers and increase repeat visitation. The rich detail and variety in streetscapes themselves, creates a sense that "we need to come back to see it all." And they do, over 26 million visitors per year come to the Grand Canal Shops.

If you want extraordinary traffic for your retail and dining destination, contact us today. We will gladly suggest design strategies and themes to make your project stand out from the crowd. And who doesn't want to be outstanding?

GRAND CANAL SHOPS | The Venetian Macao

KB Creative Advisors worked as a consultant to RTKL to lead the design of the Venice-themed facades in the Macao Venetian's Grand Canal Shops.

HOW WE DID IT

Working with RTKL's internal team, Kevin Barbee led the detailed design effort for all of the facades, food court, canals, plazas and interior hardscape design.

The intensive eight month effort resulted in a kit-of-parts as modular framework to use repeatedly, but in different combinations, to achieve unique facade designs that could be rapidly built within the Venetian's aggressive schedule.
