Cathy is a multi-disciplinary designer and art director with over 17 years of experience creating and producing award winning themed environments and entertainment attractions for Walt Disney Imagineering and Universal Creative.

Establishing concepts and fulfilling them with world-class results, Cathy was a job captain and key show set designer on the internationally acclaimed Disneyland attraction Indiana Jones and the Temple of the Forbidden Eye. Cathy also performed quality control functions at the Disneyland resort, working to establish baseline standards for ongoing improvements still in progress today.

For Universal, Cathy displayed her architectural expertise in developing show set and facade designs for Port of Entry and Seuss Landing, as well as custom lighting fixtures for the Jurassic Park sections of Islands of Adventure.

At Universal Studios Japan, Cathy was instrumental in re-creating the Wild West section, shepherding it from concept through construction to opening day, including interiors, prop design, custom light fixtures, and construction details. Beyond USJ's opening day, Cathy created the concept for the popular Halloween production Beetlejuice's Haunted Beat, design show set and operational graphics for Spider-Man, and art directed Christmas and Halloween special events.

Most recently, Cathy was a lead land designer for Universal Studios Shanghai.
